Perspector 3.2

The latest version of Perspector adds some new chart capabilities to the Professional Edition.

Owners of ealier versions of Perspector 3 are entitled to a free upgrade. Download Perspector 3.2 and install it – there is no need to uninstall your old version. Your current license key will continue to work.

Owners of Perspector 1 and Perspector 2 can upgrade to Perspector 3 for a reduced price.

Create charts from entered values

Earlier versions of Perspector allowed you to create charts from Excel spreadsheets or from PowerPoint tables.

With Perspector 3.2, you can now also use values you enter directly to create new 3D charts:

Values can also be pasted in from other applications (including Excel).

Edit chart values

Chart values can now be modified, and series and categories can be added and deleted.

To edit the values, there is a new Edit Data Values button in the chart properties box:

When this button is clicked, the chart values will be displayed so that you can make changes to the chart:

Professional Edition

3	Enhancement	Charts now take data where the series are in rows or in columns. This setting can also be toggled while editing a chart.
4	Fix	Draw pie charts with 1 slice correctly.
5	Fix	Fix the positioning of horizontal bar charts with 1 series. Previously these went outside the top edge of the frame by default.
