Maintenance Plans
Receive all new releases and priority support with an active Maintenance Plan. Plans are provided on an annual basis, and per licensed user.
While you are covered by a Maintenance Plan, you are entitled to the following services:
Software upgrades
At no additional charge, you will receive a license for all major and minor releases of the covered product.

Unlimited priority support
Submit technical queries at our Support Center, and quote your Maintenance Plan number for priority response.

To purchase a new Maintenance Plan or renew an existing plan, click the appropriate Buy/Renew Maintenance Plan link on the main purchase page.
If you own an old version of Perspector, you can purchase a Maintenance Plan at the same time as purchasing a Perspector version upgrade.
If you want to extend your existing Maintenance Plan beyond the normal renewal period, or want to secure a longer maintenance period, please contact us.
